INGREDIENTS
3 parts Malibu Rum
4 cups Frozen Pineapple
1 scoop Coconut Ice Cream
INSTRUCTIONS
Blend the Malibu Rum and frozen pineapple in a blender until a slushy consistency is achieved. (Do not add water as you will lose the fun frozen feel of the drink!)
Pour into a frosted mug, and top with a scoop of coconut ice cream.
Easy and delicious. Enjoy!

Frozen pineapple and Malibu wouldn’t mix in a bullet or a vitamix.. Like it was too thick.. How much is Three parts Malibu.. That was too little information for me.. How much is that???
Ok got the amount of rum but it still wouldn’t mix..as much power as the vitamix and bullet have it just sat there not mixing.. How frozen does the pineapple need to be.. Solid like ice or just barely frozen??
Can we substitute coconut ice cream for vanilla? I could get it but I have everything else on hand right now and was trying not to have to go out.
