If you can find and afford a good Mezcal ( like the one you have on the picture, Del Maguey), it is absolutely delicious. Problem is that absolute majority of Mezcal which you can buy, is not good at all. I wish Del Maguey Single Tobala would be more available and a little cheaper… Also, this kind of Mezcal should be consumed neat – this is not the stuff for the cocktails. Very much similar to a good single malt scotch from Islay…
